Funtime Presents

If you begin to scratch the surface of live entertainment in Western New York you will quickly find that many of the areas most significant concerts and live events in recent years were helmed by Funtime Presents’ Artie Kwitchoff and Donny Kutzbach. From shows on a club, theater and arena level to the largest outdoor music spectacles the duo behind Funtime Presents has done it all.

Artie Kwitchoff began his career managing Buffalo-bred band the Goo Goo Dolls nurturing their career to make them multi-platinum superstars. Through the last two decades Kwitchoff was as a promoter previously with Clear Channel Entertainment and with his own Funtime Presents.

Donny Kutzbach, who has a strong background in the music business including serving as ARTVOICE’s music editor and as a strong presence with the emerging underground music scene during the salad days of Buffalo’s fabled original Mohawk Place, worked with Kwitchoff for nearly a decade when the two exited Clear Channel Entertainment (which later became Live Nation) in 2004 to revive Kwitchoff’s dormant Funtime Presents.

Their reach has gone past Western New York with Funtime involved in presenting and producing events in Canada, New England and as far California.

A sampling of the venues worked in along with events that Funtime Presents is involved in producing include:

Buffalo Outer Harbor Concerts
Buffalo Canalside Concert Series
Artpark Mainstage Theater
Toronto Urban Roots Festival
